Publications and deposits
The Zenodo communities bring together deposited outputs. Consult each record for its own version, access conditions and reuse rights. A community groups resources; it does not give every resource a shared license or maturity status.
Choose a route by the work you want to do

There is no requirement to read the notebooks in numerical order. The left-hand contents follow one subject, while section links and related pages connect it to the rest of the atlas. When a term becomes an obstacle, the glossary gives the distinction in plain language and points back to the relevant notebook.
Read a release in three passes
- First establish what the resource is: a specification, software application, dataset, report or instrument package.
- Then read its scope, version, dependencies and known limitations. A later application number does not imply a later dataset.
- Finally inspect the actual files, citation metadata and applicable rights before reusing material.
The ecosystem directory records these resource types together so that their relationships are visible. Its status labels deliberately preserve the difference between a published version, an internal development component, an associated research case and a conceptual architecture. A collection page or project name is a useful entry point, but the individual version record is the more precise reference for a research method.
